Katherenzo Co. provides dumpster rental, waste removal, junk hauling, and construction cleanup services in Fairfield County, Connecticut, subject to availability and these terms.
Rentals are provided under a signed service agreement detailing container size, rental period, tonnage allowance, permitted materials, prohibited items, and pricing. The customer is responsible for the container from delivery until pickup.
Hazardous waste, paint, oils, chemicals, asbestos, tires, batteries, refrigerants, medical waste, and hot ashes are strictly prohibited. Additional disposal fees will apply if prohibited items are found in the container.
Payment terms will be specified in your quote and service agreement. Overweight loads, extended rentals, or trip charges may be billed separately.
The customer must ensure clear, safe access to the placement site. Katherenzo Co. is not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or utilities caused by placement in a location approved by the customer.
Our liability for any claim related to service is limited to the amount paid for the rental. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Cancellations made before delivery are free of charge. Post-delivery cancellations may incur delivery and pickup fees.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
